- Salm chicken 1.
- Mastred powder 1 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 2 table spoon.
- Black pepper 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1 table spoon.
- Vinegar 1/2 cup.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Chili sauce 1 table spoon.
- Red pepper 1 table spoon.
- Chines salt 1 table spoon.
- Oil 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
- Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken and leave for 2 hours.
- Cook it un till it fry well.
- Stir it wile cooking.
- Cook it for 1o minutes on low heat or un till it ready.
Serve hot with any sauce :-
