- Mutton 1/2 kg.
- Onion 1.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Water 2 cup.
- Tomato 2.
- Oil 1/2 cup.
- Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Green chili 3.
- Fresh coriander 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
- Take a pan and cook mutton,onion,ginger and garlic paste,salt and water on medium heat.
- When mutton tender,put it aside.
- Heat the oil on the tawa and fry chicken for 5 minutes.
- Add red pepper and stir.
- Add garam masalachopped coriander and green chili
