Arvi Goasht

 This recipe is for 8-10 serving.it will ready in 1 hour.
Arvi is healthy, and is also loaded with potassium, that is an important mineral for a lot of bodily processes. Taro also includes several calcium, vitamin C, vitamin E and B vitamins, in addition to magnesium, manganese and copper.it helps manages blood pressure level

Ingredients:-
  • Meat 1 kg.
  • Arvi 1/2 kg.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Onion 3.
  • Tomatoes 3.
  • Garlic paste.1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 4 table spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
How to cook:-
  1. Peel and cut in to 2 slices the arvi.
  2. Sprinkle the 1 tea spoon of salt,1/2 tea spoon of mustard powder,2 table spoon flour over the arvi and set aside.
  3. Cut the onion into slices and fry in the oil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add 1 tea spoon of salt,red pepper,1/2 tea spoon mustard powder and fry for 5 minutes,then add 1/2 glass of water.
  7. Add the meat and fry until it dry,then add 1 glass of water and cook until it tender.
  8. Stir the spoon in arvi with 2 glass of water,then rinse and stain the water.
  9. In another pan fry the arvi in 1/2 cup of oil for 5 minutes.
  10. Add arvi in the meat and add 4 glass of water and cook until arvi tender about 10 minutes on low heat.
  11. Pour it in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle over the lemon juice.
Serve with salad, paratha or boiled rice:-
