This soup is also use in diet as a protein diet it will be ready in 30 minutes and it is for 3-4 serving.
Ingredients;-
- Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup.
- Chopped spinach 3 cup.
- Bay leave 1.
- Chopped onion 1.
- Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
- Zeera powdwr 1/2 tea spoon.
- Butter 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Vinegar 2 table spoon.
- Water 3 cup.
- Grated cheese 1/2 cup.
- Cream 1/2 cup.
- Heat the butter in a pan and fry the bay leave for 5 seconds.
- Add the garlic and fry until golden.
- Add the washed spinach,salt,black pepper powder,zeera powder,chicken and cook until its water dry.
- Then add water and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low heat.
- Remove the pan from the heat and leave for cool.
- Remove the bay leave.
- After cool blend it until smooth,
- Again cook the soup until warm,then pour it in a bowl and top wit cheese and cream.
