Ingredients:-
- Boneless chicken 1 kg.
- Mushrooms 2 cup.
- Onion in slices 1 cup.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1 1/2 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1 table spoon.
- Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Chicken broth 2 cup.
- Dried oregano 1 table spoon.
- Dried thyme 1 tea spoon.
- Dried basil 1 tea spoon.
- Heavy cream 1/2 cup.
- Grated cheese 1/2 cup.
- Dijon mustard 1 table spoon.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Oil 1/2 cup.
- Cut the chicken into 4 by 2 inch strips.
- Cut the mushrooms into halve.
- Marinate the chicken with 1 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper and set aside.
- Heat the 1/2 cup olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken each side until golden brown and set aside.
- Heat 1/2 cup oil and fry the onion for 4 minutes until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Add red pepper powder,1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder,1/2 tea spoon salt,chicken broth,thyme,basil,dijon mustard, and oregano and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken and stir.
- Grease the oven tray and transfer the chicken in it.
- Bake it on 180 degree for 20-25 minutes.
- Set aside chicken and pour its broth in the pan.
- Heat the broth and add in cream and stir and bring to a boil .
- Simmer until slightly reduce.
- Pour the broth in serving try and top with the chicken and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle over the cheese.
- Heat it in oven until cheese melt.
