Nzanella Salad with Mushrooms

mushroom include relief from high cholesterol levels, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and diabetes. It also helps in weight loss.People who eat vegetables as part of their daily diet have a reduced risk of many chronic diseases.

  • French small 1 inch pieces 1.
  • Tomatoes in 1 inch cubes 2 cup.
  • Cucumber slice in 1 inch cubes 2 cup.
  • Red bell pepper in 1 inch cubes1 cup.
  • Yellow bell pepper in 1 inch cubes 1 cup.
  • Red onion in small slices 1 cup.
  • Chopped basil leaves  5.
  • Boiled mushrooms 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
  • Dijon mustard 1 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Heat 1 cup olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add bread,salt and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until bread become brown.
  3. Take a bowl and combined cucumber slices,boiled and tender mushrooms, tomato slices,red and yellow bell pepper slices,onion,basil,garlic,vinegar,mustard,salt,black pepper, bay leaves and toasted bread slices well.
  4. Before serving leave it for 30 minutes.
