Ingredients:-
- Ripe mango 5 medium size.
- Strawberries 2 cup.
- Unflavored gelatin 1/4 oz.
- Sugar 1/2 cup.
- Milk 3/4 cup.
- Water 1/1/2 cup.
- Peel the 5 mangoes and blend with blender until smooth.
- Take the 1/4 cup water in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and leave for 1 minute for soften.
- Heat the 1 cup water in a pan.
- Add sugar and stirring until sugar dissolved.
- Add the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Add mango puree and stir for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the evaporated milk until it combined.
- Leave it for cool for 30 minutes.
- Stirring occasionally.
- Divide among 8 goblets.
- Diced the strawberries and garnish with it the mixture.
- Chill for 10-15 hours in fridge.
