Mango and Strawberries Pudding

 Fruits are low in calories and fat. Some wild berries carry exceptionally high levels of anti-oxidants. Almost all the fruits are good source of simple sugars, fiber, and vitamins.Mangoes are liked by every age of people.this recipe is for 8 serving and will take time for ready 30 minutes but will take extra time for cool.

Ingredients:-
  • Ripe mango 5 medium size.
  • Strawberries 2 cup.
  •  Unflavored gelatin 1/4 oz.
  • Sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Milk 3/4 cup.
  • Water 1/1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Peel the 5 mangoes and blend with blender until smooth.
  2. Take the 1/4 cup water in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and leave for 1 minute for soften.
  4. Heat the 1 cup water in a pan.
  5. Add sugar and stirring until sugar dissolved.
  6. Add the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved.
  7. Add mango puree and stir for 1 minute.
  8. Remove from the heat and stir in the evaporated milk until it combined.
  9. Leave it for cool for 30 minutes.
  10. Stirring occasionally.
  11. Divide among 8 goblets.
  12.  Diced the strawberries and garnish with it the mixture.
  13.  Chill for 10-15 hours in fridge.
