Ingredients:-
- Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cup.
- Green beans 1/2 kg.
- Cherry tomatoes 2 cup.
- Onion in thin slices 1.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Water 1 cup.
- Olive oil 1 cup cup.
- Vinegar 1 table spoon.
- Soy sauce 2 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Cut the tomatoes in half.
- Heat the 1/2 cup oil in a pan and cook the beans(stirring often ) for 3 minutes.
- Add water and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender.
- Remove the beans from the pan.
- Heat the 1/4 cup oil and fry garlic and ginger paste for 1 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in vinegar,soy sauce,salt,black pepper powder.
- Stir in beans and chicken and pour in the serving bowl.
- Heat 1 table spoon olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes or until golden.
- Sprinkle the onion over the beans.
