Palak Goasht
Ingredients:-
- Mutton 1 kg.
- Boiled and chopped palak 2 kg.
- Boiled mathi 1 cup.
- Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
- Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Milk 2 cup.
- Bytter 1/2 cup.
- Oil 2 cup.
How to cook:-
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry garlic and ginger paste for 3-5 minutes.
- Add meat, bay cloves,cinnamon stick,red pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt and cook until its water dry.
- Add 1 glass of water and cook until meat until nearly tender.
- Cook the meat until it leaves oil.
- Add boiled palak and mathi,green chili,mil and cook until it leaves oil.
- Add butter and garam masala and cook until it leaves oil.
- Pour the palak in a serving bowl and garnish with crushed almonds.
