Fish Kebabs with Mint Sauce

Fish is a great source of lean protein and heart-healthy.It is loaded with important nutrients, such as protein and vitamin D. Fish is also the world's best source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are incredibly important for your body and brain.This recipe will be ready in 30 minutes and it is for 5 serving.

  • Firm white fish fillet 1 kg.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped oregano 1/3 cup.
  • Crushed garlic 1 tea spoon.
  • Crushed ginger 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Zeera 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed lemon rind 2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the fish in to 1 inch cubes.
  2. Take a bowl and mix oil,salt,black pepper powder,cinnamon powder,oregano,garlic and ginger paste,red pepper powder,coriander powder,lemon juice and lemon rind well.
  3. Place the fish in a dish and cover with the mixture each side and put in a stainer and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Place the fish cubes in the microwave dish and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Brush the fish with extra mixture and cook other side of the fish cubes for 5 minutes in microwave until fish cook completely.
