Ingredients;-
- Rice 1/2 cup.
- Chopped onion 2.
- Tomatoes slices 1 cup.
- Chopped carrots 1 cup.
- Cauliflower 1 cup.
- Chopped celery 1 cup.
- Fresh parsley 1n diced 1 tea spoon.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
- Vegetable stock 1-1/2 litter.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Sweet pepper in diced 1/2 cup.
- Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
- Peanuts 1/2 cup.
- Take a sauce pan and cook carrots,celery,cauliflower,garlic paste with 3 table spoon olive oil until tender.
- Add vegetable stock, soy sauce,2 table spoon of olive oil and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add rice,parsley,black pepper powder,sweet pepper,green chili,salt and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
- Fry the almonds and peanuts in 1 table spoon of olive oil.
- Put the soup in the serving bowl and garnish with fried almonds and peanuts.
