Ingredients:-
- Boneless chicken 1 kg.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 2 tea spoon.
- Chopped green chili 4.
- Tandoori masala 1 packet.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Cinnamon 4 piece.
- Cardamoms 4.
- Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
- Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
- Yogurt 1 cup.
- Oil 2 table spoon.
- Chopped feresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
- Cut the chicken into 4 1nch slices.
- Heat the oil and fry cinnamon,coriander,cardamoms,tandoori masala for 3 minutes,then remove from the oil and leave for cool.
- Mix the lemon juice,garlic and ginger paste,salt in a bowl.
- Add the fry ingredients.
- Marinate the chicken in this mixture and leave it for 6-8 hour in the fridge.
- Pour the chicken in baking dish and bake for25-30 minutes on 350 degree.
- Sprinkle over the sesame seed and garnish with coriander leaves.
