Ingredients:-
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
- Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Sugar 1 table spoon.
- Oil for deep frying.
- Sesame seed 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped scallion 2 table spoon.
- Orange sauce.
- Refined flour 1/2 cup.
- Eggs 2.
- Cornstarch 1/2 cup.
- Cold water 1/2 cup.
- Oil 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
- Orange juice 1/2 cup.
- Orange zest 1 table spoon.
- Chicken broth 1/2 cup.
- Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
- Vinegar 2 table spoon.
- Sugar 1 cup.
- Dry sherry 1/2 cup.
- Cornstarch 2 table spoon.
- Take a bowl and mix orange sauce ingredients and set aside.
- For make the frying batter take a large bowl and beat eggs one by one.
- Add refined flour,cornstarch,oil,salt,cold water and beat well.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture and set aside.
- Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken one by one until golden.
- Fry the garlic in 1 table spoon oil and stir in orange sauce and bring it to simmer.
- Toss it in the deep fry chicken and stir until sauce absorbed and become thick.
