Cheesy Omelette with olive and almond

 This omelette is very tasty and healthy.
It is easy to make quickly.with olive and almonds look pretty and like by every one.It will take time for ready 30 minutes and for 2 serving.

  • Eggs 2.
  • Boiled chicken 1 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped tomato 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1.
  • Red paper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves 1/2 cup.
  • Milk 2 table spoon.
  • Crushed almonds 2  table spoon.
  • Cheese 1/2 cup.
  • Olive 5-6.
How to make:-
  1. Shredded the chicken.
  2. Beat the eggs white in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs yolk and beat again until fluffy.
  4. Add onion,tomato,green chili,chicken,milk,coriander and mint leaves,red and black pepper powder,salt and mix well.
  5. Heat the oil in a fry pan and pure the batter in it.
  6. Cook until down side become golden.
  7. Remove from the heat and sprinkle over the olive and grated cheese.
  8.  Grill it on the upper heat in the oven until upper side become golden.
  9. Toast the bread slices and serve with tasty omelate.
