Ingredients:-
- Lamb minced 1 kg.
- Red beans 1/4 kg.
- Chopped onion 3.
- Chopped tomato 2.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish.
- Oil 1-1/2 cup.
- Butter 1 cup.
- Chopped almonds 1/2 cup.
- Soak the red beans for 4 hours.
- Cook the beans in pressure cooker for 10 minutes in 2 glass of water.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the minced and salt and cook until its own water dry.
- Add the tomato, red pepper powder,mustard powder and cookfor 10 minutes on low heat.
- Add 1 glass of water and cook until it tender.
- Add the beans and cook until it leaves the oil.
- Add the butter,green chili,almonds and coriander powder.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour in the serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle over the garam masala.
