Buna Hwa Keema with Red Beans and Almonds

 Red beans rich in antioxidants and packed with protein, folate, minerals, and fiber, almonds include constipation, respiratory disorders, ... All nuts are good for health, especially red skin peanuts which are full of protein.when you use the beans and almonds in keema it become healthy and tasty.i love keema and eat it with paratha.this healthy keema is for 8 serving and will be ready in 45 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Lamb minced 1 kg.
  • Red beans 1/4 kg.
  • Chopped onion 3.
  • Chopped tomato 2.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish.
  • Oil 1-1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Chopped almonds 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Soak the red beans for 4 hours.
  2. Cook the beans in pressure cooker for 10 minutes in 2 glass of water.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden.
  4. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the minced and salt and cook until its own water dry.
  6. Add the tomato, red pepper powder,mustard powder and cookfor 10 minutes on low heat.
  7. Add 1 glass of water and cook until it tender.
  8. Add the beans and cook until it leaves the oil.
  9. Add the butter,green chili,almonds and coriander powder.
  10. Cook for 3 minutes.
  11. Pour in the serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. Sprinkle over the garam masala.
