Ingredients:-
- Boneless chicken 1 kg.
- Paneer 1 packet.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
- Vinegar 2 table spoon.
- Yogurt 1/2 cup.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Oil 2 table spoon.
- Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
- Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
- Cumin powder 1 tea spoon.
- Mix salad of cucumber,tomato,onion,carrot,lemon 1 plate.
- Mint yogurt 1 bowl.
- Cut the chicken and paneer into cubes.
- Put the chicken and paneer in a bowl and mix in vinegar and leave for 15 minutes.
- Take a bowl and mix salt,red pepper powder,garam masala,cumin powder,coriander powder,green chili,garlic and ginger powder,oil.
- Beat the yogurt and mix in well.
- Drain the extra water of the chicken .
- Marinate the chicken with this mixture and put in a plastic bag and place in fridge for 4-5 hours.
- Thread the chicken paneer pieces in skewers.
- Broil the chicken in the oven on high.
- Cook the chicken for 10 minutes each side or until brown.
- Pour in a serving dish and garnish with mix salad and serve with mint yogurt.
