Chicken Paneer Tikka

 These chicken paneer tikka is so delicious and easy to make.with paneer and vinegar it become soft and feel tasty.this recipe is for 2 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes ut take time for marinate.

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Paneer 1 packet.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mix salad of cucumber,tomato,onion,carrot,lemon 1 plate.
  • Mint yogurt 1 bowl.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the chicken and paneer into cubes.
  2. Put the chicken and paneer in a bowl and mix in vinegar and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Take a bowl and mix salt,red pepper powder,garam masala,cumin powder,coriander powder,green chili,garlic and ginger powder,oil.
  4. Beat the yogurt and mix in well.
  5. Drain the extra water of the chicken .
  6. Marinate the chicken with this mixture and put in a plastic bag and place in fridge for 4-5 hours.
  7. Thread the chicken paneer pieces in skewers.
  8. Broil the chicken in the oven on high.
  9. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes each side or until brown.
  10. Pour in a serving dish and garnish with mix salad and serve with mint yogurt.
