Mutton with Mix Vegetables

vegetables are vital for health and maintenance of your body. Eating a diet rich in vegetables may reduce risk for stroke, cancer, heart diseases and type-2 diabetes.vegetables can help benefit your skin and bones by supplying highly bioavailable nutrients that work together for optimal health.This dish is for 6-8 serving and will be take time to get ready 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Mutton 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Tomato paste 1 cup.
  • Small cardamoms 6.
  • Mix masala powder 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped carrot 1 cup.
  • Green peas 1 cup.
  • Potato  2.
  • Chopped cauliflower 1 cup.
  • Chopped capcicum 1 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Chopped and fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the potato into cubes.
  2. Boiled the peas,potato and drain.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes or until golden.
  4. Add,cardamoms, garlic and ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the mutton and salt and cook until its water dry.
  6. Add tomato and cook for 5 minutes or until tomato dissolved.
  7.  Add 2 glass of water and cook the mutton until it tender.
  8. Dry its extra water and add 1 cup oil,red pepper powder,mustard powder and fry until it leave oil.
  9. In other pan heat the oil and fry the capcicum for 3 minutes,then add carrot and cook for 3 minutes,then add cauliflower,green chili and cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Add the boiled potato and peas and stir.
  11. Add the vegetables in the mutton and put them on low heat for 3-5 minutes or until it leave oil.
  12. If need gravi add more water.
  13. Pour in the serving bowl .
  14. Sprinkle over the garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with boiled rice or nan:-
