Ingredients:-
- Lamb dil 1/2 kg.
- Lamb gurda 1 kg.
- Lamb brain 2.
- Onion powder 3 table spoon.
- Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger powder 1 table spoon.
- Yogurt 1/2 kg .
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
- Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Zeera powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Small cardamom 4.
- Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
- Butter 1 cup.
- Olive oil 2 table spoon.
- Qusoori methi 2 table spoon.
- Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Lemon,tomato,green chili for garnish.
- Cut the dil and gurda into small pieces.
- Soak the dil and gurda in lemon water for 15 minutes.
- In a pan boiled the brain in water and drain.
- Remove its vains.
- Take the water in a pan half and boiled the dil and gurda and drain.
- Take a big tawa and cook dil,gurda with beaten yogurt,garlic powder and ginger powder .
- Cover the mixture and cook until tender.
- In a fry pan heat olive oil and fry the cardamom,coriander powder,cinnamon,zeera,black pepper for 1 minute and add in dil and gurda.
- Add,butter, red chili powder,mustard powder,qusoori methi,salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the brain and stir it for30 second.
- Cover it for 2-3 minutes and transfer in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Garnish with tomato slices,green chili and lemon slices.
