Ingredients;-
- Boneless chicken 1 kg.
- Pineapple slices 2 cup.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Onion into thin slices 1.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
- Spring onion 4 into small pieces.
- Corn flour 1 cup spoon.
- Pineapple juice 2 cup.
- Chopped garlic 1/2 tea spoon.
- Grated ginger 2 table spoon.
- Vinegar 2 table spoon.
- Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
- Cornflour 1 table spoon.
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
- Brown sugar 2 table spoon.
- Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
- For making the sauce take a bowl and mix 1 table spoon cornflour in 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
- In another bowl take the remaining pineapple juice and stir in garlic and ginger ,vinegar,soy sauce,sugar,ketchup,black pepper and set aside.
- Cut the chicken into cubes and coat in the cornflour and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a big fry pan and fry onion for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken cubes and cook for 5 minutes each side.
- Add the pineapple and pineapple sauce and cook for 10 minutes .
- Sprinkle over the spring onion.
- Stir in the cornflour and pineapple mixture and cook for 1 minute.
