Ingredients:-
- Mutton minced 1 kg.
- Green beans 1/2 kg.
- Chopped onion 2.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Chopped tomato 2.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
- Oil 2 cup.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and fry onion for 5 minutes or until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add red pepper powder,salt,turmeric powder,chopped green chili,and stir for 1 minutes,then add 1/2 cup of water.
- Add minced and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add beans and cook for 5-10 minutes or until it leaves oil.
- Add 1 glass of water and cook for 30 minutes on medium to low heat or until minced tender.
- Cook it on high heat until it dry and leave oil.
- Sprinkle over the garam masala.
- Remove from the heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
