Mutton Keema with Green Beans

Green beans are a good source of copper, vitamin B1, chromium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, choline, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), niacin, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, iron, vitamin B6, and vitamin E.Mutton minced is perfect for this dish.This dish is so easy to cook and famous in all over the world.it will take time to get ready 1 hour.it is for 8-10 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Mutton minced 1 kg.
  • Green beans 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped tomato 2.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Oil 2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry onion for 5 minutes or until golden.
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add red pepper powder,salt,turmeric powder,chopped green chili,and stir for 1 minutes,then add 1/2 cup of water.
  5. Add minced and fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add beans and cook for 5-10 minutes or until it leaves oil.
  7. Add 1 glass of water and cook for 30 minutes on medium to low heat or until minced tender.
  8. Cook it on high heat until it dry and leave oil.
  9. Sprinkle over the garam masala.
  10. Remove from the heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with nan or pratha;-
