Ingredients:-
- Potatoes 1/2 kg.
- White mushrooms 1/2 kg.
- Chopped onion 1.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Fresh thyme 1.
- Olive oil 2 table spoon.
- Rosemary 1.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
- Vinegar 1 table spoon.
- Cut the potatoes into chunks.
- Halved the mushrooms.
- Toss potatoes and olive oil in a roasting pan and bake uncover for 20 minutes on 400 degree.
- Add chopped onion,garlic,soy sauce,vinegar,rosemary,thyme,mushrooms and stir.
- Bake again for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
