Dhaka Chicken with Sesame Seeds

 I love dhaka chicken,when i hungry i like to eat this dish,my kids also like this.It is so easy to cook and will be ready only in 5 minutes if you prepare it already.You can freeze it and any time you can fry it.it is very funny at tea time and for school lunch.these are for 5-6 serving.


Ingredients;-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bason 1/2 cup.
  • Cornflour 2 table spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chat masala 1/4 tea spoon.
  •  Yellow food color 1/8 tea spoon.
  • Oil for deep fry.
How to make:-
  1.  Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken with vinegar,lemon juice and salt and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Take a bowl and mix bason,cornflour,black and white pepper powder,yellow food color,zeera,cumin powder,sesame seed,garlic and ginger powder in 1 cup of water.
  4. Drain the chicken and add in the mixture and mix well.
  5. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Pour in the dish and sprinkle over the chat masala.
Serve hot with ketchup or any sauce which you like:-
