Ingredients;-
- Boneless chicken 1 kg.
- Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
- Vinegar 2 table spoon.
- Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Bason 1/2 cup.
- Cornflour 2 table spoon.
- Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
- Zeera 1 tea spoon.
- Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- White pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Chat masala 1/4 tea spoon.
- Yellow food color 1/8 tea spoon.
- Oil for deep fry.
- Cut the chicken into cubes.
- Marinate the chicken with vinegar,lemon juice and salt and leave for 1 hour.
- Take a bowl and mix bason,cornflour,black and white pepper powder,yellow food color,zeera,cumin powder,sesame seed,garlic and ginger powder in 1 cup of water.
- Drain the chicken and add in the mixture and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and crispy.
- Pour in the dish and sprinkle over the chat masala.
