Ingredients:-
- Boneless mutton 1 kg.
- Yogurt 1 cup.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 2 table spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Vinegar 1/2 cup.
- Oil 1/2 cup.
- Cut the meat into 2 inches cubes.
- Marinate the meat with the vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.
- Mix the red pepper,black pepper,salt,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,green chili in the yogurt.
- Marinate the mutton with this mixture and put in a shopping bag and place in the freezer for 3-5 hours.
- Thread the mutton in the screws and cook for 30 minutes in the oven on 175 degree.
- After 15 minutes sprinkle the oil with brush on the mutton.
