Ingredients:-
- Soft ice cream any flavor 2 cup.
- Refined flour 4 cup.
- Butter 1 cup.
- Pour the soft ice cream in a bowl.
- Stir in the flour until moistened.
- If the dough feel dry ,add the little milk.
- Turn out the dough and shape it into a rough square.
- Flour the top of the dough and roll to about 8 X 10 inches.
- Fold the dough thirds,like a letter.
- Roll again to the same size and fold again.
- Roll and fold one more time.
- This time roll to the dough to about 5x10 inches.
- Cut 3 rounds from the dough with the 3 inch biscuits cutter.
- Roll the scraps dough and cut more biscuits.
- Grease the baking try and place the biscuits on the baking sheet.
- Brush with butter and bake for 15-18 minutes on 420 degree.
- When the biscuits ready,brush them with butter.
