Ingredients;-
- Boiled white rice 1 kg.
- Boiled chicken 1/2 kg.
- Chicken broth 1 cup.
- Chinese pea pods 3 cup.
- Red bell pepper into strips 2 cup.
- Carrot into strips 2 cup.
- Onion into long slices 1.
- Tomato into pieces 2.
- Boiled peas 2 cup.
- Boiled potato into strips 2 cup.
- Cabbage 2 cup.
- Green onion 2 cup.
- Soy sauce 1 cup.
- Vinegar 1/2 cup.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 3 tea spoon.
- Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
- All spice masala 1 table spoon.
- Creamy peanut butter 2 table spoon.
- Oil 2 cup.
- Peanut 1 cup.
- Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Fresh mint leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Take a big pan and heat the oil.
- Fry onion for 3 minutes,then add tomato,garlic and ginger paste and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the boiled potato,carrot,cabbage,peas,red bell pepper,chinese pea pod and stir it.
- Cook for 5 minutes ,then add salt,red pepper powder,garam masala,chopped green chili,chopped mint and coriander leaves,soy sauce and vinegar.
- Add boiled chicken and chicken broth and remove from the heat.
- Grease a big pan and layer the 1 third of boiled rice,then layer the 1/2 of the batter.
- Again layer the rice ,then layer the remaining batter.
- Top with remaining rice and cover the pan.
- Sprinkle the peanut each layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Remove from the heat and stir the rice.
- Pour in the serving dish and top with peanut butter.
