Ingredients:-
- Refined flour 2-1/2 cup.
- Ghee 1/2 cup.
- Kasuri mathi 1/4 cup.
- Zeera 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 table spoon.
- Lukwarm water 1 cup.
- Readymade moong dal namkeen 1 cup.
- Cumin powder 1 table spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
- Red chili 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Pomegranated seed 1 table spoon.
- Chat masala 1 table spoon.
- Refined flour 1/4 cup.
- Oil for deep fry.
- To prepare the dough mix 2-1/2 cup flour and little cooking oil.
- Add kasuri mathi,salt,zeera,ghee and kneed with lukwarm water.
- When the dough is soft,cover it and set aside for 30 minutes.
- For make the filling crush the dal moong in blender until it become powder.
- Roast the cumin powder,coriander powder,pomegranated seed in a little oil.
- Mix the roast masala in the dal.
- Add salt,chat masala,red chili and mix well.
- Take the dough and make small lemon size ball all of the dough.
- Roll the balls into small circular shapes like roti.
- Cut each circular into 2 equal pieces.
- Mix 1/4 cup refined flour in some water.
- Now take one half of the circular dough piece and stick the corners together wiyh the help of water and flour mixer.
- Fill this cone with 1 table spoon of dal and close the corner with flour and water mixer.
- Make all the samosas same.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry samosas until golden.
- Pour in a serving dish and serve with mint sauce or ketchup.
