So delicious and tasty cream cake is ready to eat.it is easy to make.i love cream cake.it will be ready in 2 hour.
Ingredients:-
- Cooked and mashed sweet potato 3 cup.
- Refined flour 3 cup.
- Sugar 1-1/4 cup.
- Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
- Baking powder 1 table spoon.
- Baking soda 1 table spoon.
- Ground nutmeg 1 table spoon.
- Margarine 2 cup.
- Eggs 4.
- Crushed pineapple without juice 1 cup.
- Raisins 1 cup.
- Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
- Brown sugar 1 cup.
- Chopped almonds and walnuts 1/2 cup for garnish.
- Strawberries 1 cup for garnish.
- Butter 1/2 cup.
- Cream cheese 2 cup.
- Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
- Sugar 3 cup.
- Take a large bowl and mix the refined flour,salt,sugar,baking soda,baking powder,nutmeg and set aside.
- Beat the margarine,brown sugar until combined well.
- Add the mix ingredients and beat well.
- Add eggs one by one and beat each time.
- Add vanilla extract,pineapple,raisins,sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup almonds and walnuts and blend again.
- Grease the 3 9 inch pans and pour the batter equal and surface with a metal spatula.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes on 350 degree.
- Leave it for cool for 10 minutes,then transfer it on the wire rack for cool for 20 minutes.
- To make the icing beat cheese and butter.
- Add vanilla and sugar and beat on low speed until smooth.
- Place the one cake on the platter and top with icing,then place the second cake and layer the icing,then place the third cake and top with icing.
- Icing the rounded sides.
- Garnish the cake with strawberries and chopped almonds and walnuts and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
