Red Chicken Karahi

 This is a famous dish in Pakistan and easy to cook.With rogni nan it give so much will be ready in 40 minutes and it is for 4 can dress it with almonds and sesame seed.

  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato diced 3 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Zeera 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cumin 2 small piece,
  • Cardamom 2.
  •  Lemon in sliced 1.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
 How to cook:-
  1. Cook the chicken with salt,garlic paste,ginger paste for 8-10 minutes or until its water dry.
  2. Add tomato diced,red pepper powder and cook for 10 minutes or until it dry.
  3. Add zeera ,cumin,butter and cook until it tender and leave oil.
  4. Beat the yogurt and stir in the chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add garam masala,black pepper powder.coriander leaves and stir it.
  6. Remove from the heat and pour  in a serving bowl and garnish with ginger and chopped green chili.
 Serve with nan and mint yogurt:-
