Ingredients:-
- Chicken 1 kg.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Tomato diced 3 cup.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
- Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Zeera 1/2 tea spoon.
- Cumin 2 small piece,
- Cardamom 2.
- Lemon in sliced 1.
- Fresh and chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Yogurt 1/2 cup.
- Butter 1 cup.
- Cook the chicken with salt,garlic paste,ginger paste for 8-10 minutes or until its water dry.
- Add tomato diced,red pepper powder and cook for 10 minutes or until it dry.
- Add zeera ,cumin,butter and cook until it tender and leave oil.
- Beat the yogurt and stir in the chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add garam masala,black pepper powder.coriander leaves and stir it.
- Remove from the heat and pour in a serving bowl and garnish with ginger and chopped green chili.
