Ingredients:-
- Lamb minced 1 kg.
- Onion seed 1 table spoon.
- Crushed ginger 1 table spoon.
- Coriander seed 2 table spoon.
- Zeera 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Vinegar 1/2 cup.
- Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Butter 2 cup.
- Cook the minced with vinegar,salt and ginger paste until it dry.
- Remove from the heat and leave for cool for 15 minutes.
- Chopped it in chopper.
- Take a pan and cook minced with red pepper powder,coriander seed,onion seed, green chilies,coriander leaves,garam masala,zeera,1/2 cup oil until it dry.
- Make the balls of flour .
- Flatten the balls with roller.
- Put the 3-4 table spoon of mixture on 1 roll .
- Put over the other roll and press lightly all sides of flour balls.
- With roller make this longer.
- Heat the nonstick tawa and grease it with oil.
- Cook pratha each side and brush with butter .
