Crispy Chicken Spring Roll with Boiled Eggs

 These rolls are supper and tasty.I make these rolls at a tea party and for my children at school lunch.These rolls will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Cooked and shredded chicken 2 cup.
  • Shredded carrot 1 cup.
  • Shredded cabbage 1 cup,
  • Boiled peas 1 cup.
  • Boiled eggs 2.
  •  Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Cornflour 1/2 cup.
  • Peanut oil 1/2 cup.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Sesame oil 1/2 cup.
  • Spring roll wrappers 15-20.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
 How to make:-
  1. Heat the peanut oil in a pan and fry the carrot for 2 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage,chicken,and stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Add black and white peppers,soy  sauce,and sesame oil.
  4. Add the boiled potatoes,eggs and peas.
  5. Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the mixture and stir until it thick and dry.
  6. Remove from the heat.
  7. Mix in fresh coriander and mint leaves and leave for cool.
  8. Mix 2 table spoon corn flour in little water to make the thin paste.
  9. Lay out the spring roll wrapper and put 1 table spoon of filling in side and roll it.
  10. Close the wrappers with cornflour filling.
  11. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the rolls until golden and crispy.
  12. Pour in a serving dish and serve hot with any sauce.
