Ingredients:-
- Cooked and shredded chicken 2 cup.
- Shredded carrot 1 cup.
- Shredded cabbage 1 cup,
- Boiled peas 1 cup.
- Boiled eggs 2.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- White pepper powder 1/4 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
- Cornflour 1/2 cup.
- Peanut oil 1/2 cup.
- Oil for fry.
- Sesame oil 1/2 cup.
- Spring roll wrappers 15-20.
- Fresh and chopped coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
- Heat the peanut oil in a pan and fry the carrot for 2 minutes.
- Add cabbage,chicken,and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add black and white peppers,soy sauce,and sesame oil.
- Add the boiled potatoes,eggs and peas.
- Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the mixture and stir until it thick and dry.
- Remove from the heat.
- Mix in fresh coriander and mint leaves and leave for cool.
- Mix 2 table spoon corn flour in little water to make the thin paste.
- Lay out the spring roll wrapper and put 1 table spoon of filling in side and roll it.
- Close the wrappers with cornflour filling.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the rolls until golden and crispy.
- Pour in a serving dish and serve hot with any sauce.
