Ingredients:-
- Refined flour 2 cup.
- Butter 2 cup.
- Orange rind (of 2 orange)
- Orange essence 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped candid orange 1 cup.
- Baking powder 1 table spoon.
- Coaster sugar 2 cup.
- Eggs 6.
- Take a bowl and beat the sugar and butter until fluffy.
- Add eggs one by one and beat every time.
- Add the orange essence.
- Grate in orange rind.
- Add refined flour,candid orange and baking powder.
- Greased the baking tin and pour the batter in it.
- Bake it for 25 minutes on 180 degree.
- Leave it for cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut it into slices.
