Cheese Omelette with mushrooms

 Cheese contains a host of nutrients like calcium, protein, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin A and vitamin B12. Calcium is one of the nutrients most likely to be lacking in the American diet.Mushrooms and butter make this omelette pretty and tasty.This omelette is  for   3 person and make in 20-30 minutes.

Ingredients:-

  • Eggs 6.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Mushrooms 6.
  • Butter 4 inch cube.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Cheddar cheese  1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Beat the egg in a bowl well and mix 1/4 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper in it.
  2. Cut the mushrooms in small pieces.
  3. Heat the butter in the fry pan and fry mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  4. Add olive oil and 1/4 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper.
  5. Fry it until golden.
  6. Add eggs and spread them in fry pan.
  7. When the omelette being to ready sprinkle over the cheddar.
  8. With a spatula fold the omelette in half.
  9. When it start to turn golden brown,remove the pan from the heat.
  10. Pour it in serving plate .
Serve with ketchup:-
