Apple Pancake with Chocolate Chip

 who eat at least one apple a day are 28 percent less likely to develop type 2 diabetes  than those who don’t eat apples. Apples are loaded with soluble fibre, the key to blunting blood sugar swings..This recipe is for 4 pan cake and it takes time 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-

  • Egg 1.
  • Buttermilk 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 pinch.
  • Oil 1 table spoon.
  • Mashed apple 1.
  • All purpose flour 1 cup.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chocolate.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and whisk egg,buttermilk,oil,salt and mashed apple.
  2. Add baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
  3. Take a skillet and heat up it with lightly oil.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated skillet.
  5. Spread it in circular shape.
  6. Sprinkle on chocolate chips.
  7. Cook until bubbles appear .
  8. Cook the other side too until golden.
  9. Cook all the pancake same.
