How to make:-
- Take a bowl and whisk egg,buttermilk,oil,salt and mashed apple.
- Add baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
- Take a skillet and heat up it with lightly oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated skillet.
- Spread it in circular shape.
- Sprinkle on chocolate chips.
- Cook until bubbles appear .
- Cook the other side too until golden.
- Cook all the pancake same.
