Baked Chicken with Ginger

 It can be used fresh, dried and powdered, or as a juice or oil. Ginger is commonly used to treat various types of “stomach problems,” including motion sickness, morning sickness, colic, upset stomach, gas, diarrhea, nausea caused by cancer treatment, nausea and vomiting after surgery, as well as loss of appetite.This recipe is for 3 serving and it will take time for ready 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger sliced 1 table spoon.
  • Crushed red pepper flakes 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh mint and coriander leaves 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet.
  2. Lightly spray the rack with oil.
  3. Season the chicken with1/2 tea spoon salt and pepper and place it on baking sheet in the oven and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
  4. Turning one time.
  5. Meanwhile mix olive oil,crushed pepper,1/2 tea spoon salt,in small saucepan and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium -low heat until thick.
  6. Let cool for 20 minutes then add lemon juice and mix combined and stir..
  7. Brush the mixture on the chicken and roast for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle over the garam masala and garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
Serve with salad and any sauce:-
