Ingredients:-
- Milk 1 litter.
- Sugar 2/3 cup.
- Salt 1 pinch.
- Almonds 1 cup.
- Butter 1/4 cup.
- Lemon zest of 1 .\
- Eggs 4.
- Chopped chocolate 1 cup.
- Almonds sliced 1/2 cup.
- Semolina 1 cup.
- Take a saucepan and boil the milk with lemon zest,stirring frequently to the pan.
- Reduce the heat and stir semolina and cook for 6 minutes,whisking frequently.
- Stir in almond,egg white and sugar while whisking and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and stir in butter cubes.
- Leave it for cool.
- Take a spring form pan and lined it with parchment and put half of the butter in it.
- Pour white chocolate over the batter.
- Add remaining of the batter with spoon.
- Top cake evenly with almond sliced.
- Bake for 60 minutes on 350 degree.
- Leave the cake for cool,then unmold.
