Chicken Pasta with Coconut

Coconut oil is one of the few foods that can be classified as a “super food.” Its unique combination of fatty acids can have profound positive effects on health. This includes fat loss and better brain function.- Pasta is a perfect foundation for healthy, nutritious and satisfying meals: pasta is generally eaten with nutrient-dense food partners, such as fiber-filled vegetables and beans.With chicken pasta make delicious dish.
This pasta dish is ready in 1 and for 3-4 serving.


  1. Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  2. Olive oil 2 table spoon.
  3. Shredded coconut 1/2 cup.
  4. Pineapple with juice 1 can.
  5. Brown sugar 1/2 cup,
  6. Ground cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
  7. Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  8. Red pepper flakes 1 tea spoon.
  9. Salt 1 tea spoon.
  10. Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  11. Boiled noodels 2 cup.
How to cook:-

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Take a skillet and heat the oil.
  3. Cook the chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Add pineapple with juice,salt and black pepper,red pepper flakes,chili powder,cinnamon,sugar and coconut and cook for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Mix the boiled pasta in the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes.
