Mozzeralla Sticks

 One ounce of mozzarella cheese has 183 milligrams of calcium, which is over 18 percent of the recommended daily intake. Calcium is important to maintain bone structure and protect tooth enamel.This recipe is for 2 serving and it takes  5 hour to get ready.

Ingredients:-

Refined flour 1/2 cup.
Eggs 2.
Bread crumbs 1 cup.
Water 1 table spoon.
Italian seasoning 2-1/2 table spoon.
Garlic powder 1/2 table spoon.
Pepper 1/8 tea spoon.
Melted butter 1 table spoon.
String cheese 12.
Marinara 1 cup.

How to make:-

  1. Take a bowl and mix beat eggs and water.
  2. Take another bowl and combined the bread crumbs, pepper ,garlic powder,italian seasoning.
  3. Pour the flour in a bowl.
  4. Coat cheese sticks with flour,then in egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Again dip in eggs,then coat in bread crumbs.
  6. Cover them and chill for 4 hours.
  7. Place on un greased baking sheet.
  8. Drizzle with butter and bake uncovered for 8 minutes on 400 degree.
  9. Leave it for 5 minutes.
