Fruit Triffle

 Fruit has been recognized as a good source of vitamins and minerals, and for their role in preventing vitamin C and vitamin A deficiencies. People who eat fruit as part of an overall healthy diet generally have a reduced risk of chronic diseases.Fruit are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, fiber, vitamin C and folate (folic acid).This recipe is for 4 serving and will take time for ready 3 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Peeled and chopped peaches 2 cup.
  • Fresh blueberries 2 cup.
  • Banana slices 1 cup.
  • Apple slices.
  • Condensed milk 2 cup.
  • Grated lemon peel 2 tea spoon.
  • Cold water 1-1/2 cup.
  • Instant vanilla pudding mix 3/4 cup.
  • Pound cake into 3 inch cubes.
  • Heavy whipping whipped cream 2 cup.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and combined the milk,water and lemon peel.
  2. Whisk in pudding mix.
  3. Chill it for 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Take a glass bowl and pour in 2 cup of pudding mixture.
  6. Pour half of the cake cubes over the pudding.
  7. Layer all the peaches,bananas and apple slices,then half of the remaining pudding,then cake cubes .
  8. Top with blueberries.
  9. Spread the remaining pudding over the blueberries.
