Ingredients:-
- Creamy peanut butter 1-1/2 cup.
- Egg 1.
- Vanilla extract 1-1/2 table spoon.
- Toffee bits 1/2 cup.
- Baking powder 1 table spoon.
- Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
- Milk chocolate chips 3/4 cup.
- Take a mixing bowl and beat the peanut butter,egg,vanilla extract,brown sugar for 5 minutes .
- Add baking powder and beat until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and toffee.
- Using a medium/2 in,cookie scoop,scoop 2-3 table spoon.mounds of cookies dough and place on a cookie sheet.
- Covered with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Take the baking sheet and lined with parchment paper.
- Place chilled cookie dough mounds on sheet.
- Spacing at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes on 350 degree.
- Leave it for cool for 10 minutes then transfer it on wire rack for completely cool.
- You can store the cookies in airtight jar for 1 week on room temperature.
