For Kofta:-
- Lamb minced 1 kg.
- Hard boiled eggs 6.
- Chopped green chilies 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
- Egg 1.
- Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Chopped onion 1.
- Oil for fry.
- Onions 4.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
- Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
- Tumreric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Mace and nutmeg powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
- Tumreric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Mace and nutmeg powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Yogurt 1/2 cup.
- Oil 1 cup.
- Fresh coriander and mint leaves.
- Green chilies.
- Tomato 1.
- For make the kofta mix all kofta ingredients except egg in the lamb minced.
- Divide it in 6 place.
- Covered the boiled eggs with the mixture well.
- Make smooth ovel shape.
- Dip in the beaten egg and fry.
- Leave it for cool in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Cut them into two pieces with sharp knife and set aside.
- For make gravy fry the onion in 1 cup oil.
- Remove the onion from the oil and set a side.
- Fry ginger paste for 2 minutes.
- Add red chili,salt,turmeric powder,mace and nutmeg,tomato paste,beaten yogurt and cook until it thick
- Grand the fried onion and add in the gravy.
- Put the kofta in the gravy and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves,green chilies and tomato slices.
