Chicken Potato Egg Kebab

 Potatoes are a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fiber, and pantothenic acid.Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk.coriander leaves are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K and protein. They also contain small amounts of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, thiamin, niacin and carotene.These kebab are so tasty and easy to make.These will be ready in 50 minutes.

  • Boiled eggs 10.
  • Egg 1.
  • Boiled potato 1//4 kg.
  • Boiled and crushed chicken 1 cup.
  • Crushed ginger 1 tale spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tale spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • lack pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread crumbs 2 cup.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1//4 bunch.
  •  Butter 1//2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Crushed the eggs with fork.
  2. Mashed the potatoes.
  3. Take a owl and combined potato,eggs,chicken,salt,red and lack pepper,coriander leaves,garam masala, ginger,bread crumbs,green chili and 1 egg.
  4. Divide this batter into 6 parts.
  5. Put them on  skrew and roast them for 10 minutes.
  6. Grease them with butter and roast again for 5 minutes.
Serve with mint yogurt:-
