This recipe is for 8 serving and will take time to get ready 1 hour.You can make kofta of beaf or meat which you like.
Ingredients:-
For kofta:-
- Chicken minced 1 kg.
- Chopped onion 2 table spoon.
- Ginger paste 1/2 tea spoon.
- Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
- Sesame seed 2 tea spoon.
- Peanut 2 table spoon.
- Cumin seed 2 tea spoon.
- Egg 1.
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg.
- Boneless chicken 1/4 kg.
- Mint leaves 1 bunch.
- Onions 2.
- Green chili 4.
- Oil 1 cup.
- Oil for fry.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Ginger paste 1table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Fry the sesame seeds,cumin seeds peanut in 1tea spoon of oil for 3 minutes and then grand it in a chopper.
- Add the garlic and ginger paste, salt,garam masala,red chili powder and egg and chop again for some seconds.
- Make kofta balls of it.
- Heat oil and fry the koftas
- Cut the chicken into cubes.
- Fry the onion in oil for 5 minutes,then add chicken,garam masala,ginger and garlic paste and fry well.
- Add salt,and chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes on low heat,
- Add the boiled rice,green chilies,mint leaves and cook until it dry,then simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Add koftas in the rice and remove from the flame.
