This mango chatni will e ready in 40 minutes.
Ingredients:-
- Mango 1 kg.
- Sugar 1 kg.
- Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Vinegar 1 cup.
- White zeera 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Peeled and half almonds 1/2 cup.
- Peel and cut the mango into slices.
- Take a pan and pour in the mango and sugar and leave for over night.
- Cook it on low heat.
- Add salt,lack and red pepper powder,zeera and cook until mango tender and thick.
- Add vinegar,almonds and cook for 10 minutes.
- Pour it in the bowl.
