Ingredients;-
- Apple 1 kg (shredded).
- Aged cheddar cheese shredded 1 cup.
- Cooked and crumbled strips bacon 5 strips.
- Rice flour 1 table spoon.
- Egg 2.
- Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
- Digon mustard 1 table spoon.
- Cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
- Oil for fry.
How to make;-
- Squeeze as much excess liquid from the shredded apples.
- Mix every ingredients except oil.
- Take a pan and heat the oil on medium heat.
- Add heaping table spoon of the apple mixture forming patties and fry per side for 2-3 minutes.
- Make patties all of the apple mixture and fry light brown.
- Add 1 chopped chipotle chili pepper in adobo for some heat.
Serve topped with caramel sauce.
