Ingredients:-
- Whole flour 2 cup.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Water 1 cup.
- Grated mozzarella cheese 1-1/2 cup.
- Chopped bell peppers 1/2 cup.
- Chopped onion 2 table spoon.
- Boiled corns 1 cup.
- Chopped olives 2 table spoon.
- Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cup.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Pizza sauce 1 cup.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Take a bowl and kneed flour,1/2 tea spoon salt,1 table spoon olive oil, with water .
- Cover it and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Take a bowl and mix mozzarella cheese,chopped bell pepper,salt,black pepper,corn,olive,chicken.
- Make chapati with the flour.
- Take 1 chapati and spread over the 2 table spoon of pizza sauce.
- Pour 3-4 table spoon batter on the half of the chapati.
- Cover the filling part of chapati with other half chapati and press the sides with hands.
- Heat 1 table spoon olive oil in a fry pan and cook each side of chapati until it fully cooked.
- Press the pizza chapati with spoon while cook the pizza chapati.
