Ingredients:-
- Chicken 1 kg.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Onion in slices 1.
- Crushed ginger table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- White zeera 1 tea spoon.
- Cream 1 cup.
- Olive oil 1 cup.
- Vinegar 1/2 cup.
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 cup.
- Marinate the chicken with vinegar and leave for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken with salt for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic paste and onion and cook for 15 minutes.
- Stir in green chili and cook for 5-8 minutes on low heat.
- Add cream and ,zeera,black pepper powder ,crushed ginger and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour in a serving bowl and sprinkle over the garam masala and coriander leaves.
