Banana Pancake with Chocolate and Almonds

  • Egg 1.
  • Buttermilk 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 pinch.
  • Oil 1 table spoon.
  • Mashed banana 2 .
  • All purpose flour 1 cup.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Chocolate.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and whisk egg,buttermilk,oil,salt and mashed banana.
  2. Add baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
  3. Take a skillet and heat up it with lightly oil.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated skillet.
  5. Spread it in circular shape.
  6. Sprinkle on chocolate chips.
  7. Top with crushed almonds.
  8. Cook until bubbles appear .
  9. Cook the other side too until golden.
  10. Cook all the pancake same.
