Hot and Sour Chicken with ginger.

 This dish is so easy to cook and its taste is so much good.
I hope you like it.it is for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Chicken broth 1 cup.
  • Onion 1.
  • Shredded ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Rice wine 1 table spoon.
  • Hot peppers 2.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cornflour 1 table spoon.
  •  Anise pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped mint and coriander leaves for garnish.
  • Chopped green chili and ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon 2.
How to cook:-
  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger,rice wine,soy sauce,and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut onion and hot peppers into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Mix chicken broth,vinegar,sugar,salt,anise pepper powder.
  4. Take a work and heat the oil.
  5. Add onion and fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add chicken pieces with marinate and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add chicken broth mixture and mix well.
  8. Cook on low heat until chicken tender.
  9. Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the chicken.
  10. Stir it  for 30 second and remove from the heat.
  11. Pour it in serving bowl and garnish with chopped mint and coriander leaves.
  12. Sprinkle over the chopped green chili and ginger.
  13. Decorate with lemon slices.
 Serve hot with nan and mint sauce:-
