I hope you like it.it is for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.
Ingredients:-
- Chicken 1 kg.
- Chicken broth 1 cup.
- Onion 1.
- Shredded ginger 1 table spoon.
- Rice wine 1 table spoon.
- Hot peppers 2.
- Oil 1/2 cup.
- Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
- Vinegar 2 table spoon.
- Sugar 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Cornflour 1 table spoon.
- Anise pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped mint and coriander leaves for garnish.
- Chopped green chili and ginger 1 table spoon.
- Lemon 2.
- Marinate the chicken with ginger,rice wine,soy sauce,and leave for 20 minutes.
- Cut onion and hot peppers into 1 inch pieces.
- Mix chicken broth,vinegar,sugar,salt,anise pepper powder.
- Take a work and heat the oil.
- Add onion and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces with marinate and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth mixture and mix well.
- Cook on low heat until chicken tender.
- Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the chicken.
- Stir it for 30 second and remove from the heat.
- Pour it in serving bowl and garnish with chopped mint and coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle over the chopped green chili and ginger.
- Decorate with lemon slices.
