Ingredients:
- Egg 5 boiled and cut in to slices.
- Boneless chicken in cubes 1/2 kg.
- Onion 2 cut in to cubes.
- Capsicum 2 cut in to cubes cut in to cubes.
- Carrot in slices 1 cup.
- Boiled peas 1 cup.
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup.
- Fresh tomato.
- Oil 1 cup.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- White jeera 1 tea spoon.
- Chili sauce 1/2 cup.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Marinate the chicken with 2 table spoon of vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.
- Heat 1/2 cup oil and fry garlic and ginger paste for 2 minutes.
- Add ketchup and chili sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add white jeera,salt,chopped red pepper and cook for 2 minutes and set aside.
- Heat 1/2 cup oil and fry capsicum ,carrot,chicken and onion for 10 minutes.
- Add mixture of ketchup,peas and cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle over the salt and black pepper and stir it gently.
- It is ready,pour it in a dish.
- Fry lightly the boiled egg and mix in ready mixture.
- Garnish with tomato slice.
