Tasty Chicken Vegetable with Boiled Eggs

Eating a diet rich in some vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet.Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.This dish is so easy to cook and make in short time.This dish is for 4 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:

  • Egg 5 boiled and cut in to slices.
  • Boneless chicken in cubes 1/2 kg.
  • Onion 2 cut in to cubes.
  • Capsicum 2 cut in to cubes cut in to cubes.
  • Carrot in slices 1 cup.
  • Boiled peas 1 cup.
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup.
  • Fresh tomato.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • White jeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Chili sauce 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:
  1.  Marinate the chicken with 2 table spoon of vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 1/2 cup oil and fry garlic and ginger paste for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ketchup and chili sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add white jeera,salt,chopped red pepper and cook for 2 minutes and set aside.
  5. Heat 1/2 cup oil and fry capsicum ,carrot,chicken and onion for 10 minutes.
  6. Add mixture of ketchup,peas and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle over the salt and black pepper and stir it gently.
  8. It is ready,pour it in a dish.
  9. Fry lightly the boiled egg and mix in ready mixture.
  10. Garnish with tomato slice.
Serve hot with nan or roti!
