Ingredients:-
For the Cake:-
- White cake mix 1.
- Oil 1 cup.
- Milk 1 cup.
- Eggs 3.
- Sour cream 1/2 cup.
- Cream cheese 2 cup.
- Strawberry pie filling 1 can.
- Cool whip 2 cup.
- Butter 1/2 cup.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Vanilla extract 1/2 tea spoon.
- Sugar powder 2 cup.
- Heavy whipping cream 2 table spoon.
- Butter 1/2 cup.
- Vanilla extract 1/2 tea spoon.
- Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
- Sugar powder 2 cup.
- Heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup.
- Cocoa powder 1/4 cu.
- Take a bowl and combine the cake mix and mix in the eggs,sour cream,oil,milk and beat it for 2 minutes on low speed.
- Take the 2 baking medium pan and grease them,then pour the batter equal.
- Bake the cake for 25 minutes on 250 degree.
- Leave for 15 minutes for cool.
- Flip out on to a cooling rack and leave for cool.
- Take a bowl and beat the cream cheese until soft.
- Add 3/4 strawberry pie filling and beat for 1 minute.
- Fold in the cool whip gently.
- Place one layer of the cake in a plate.
- Spread strawberry mousse over the cake.
- Put over the second layer of the cake and place in the refrigerator.
- For making the frosting take a bowl and beat butter,vanilla,salt until creamy.
- Add sugar powder and whipping cream and beat for 2 minutes until fluffy.
- Take a bowl and beat cocoa powder,salt,whipping cream, butter for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar powder and beat until mix well.
- Spread the white frosting on the top of the cake.
- Spread the chocolate frosting evenly of the sides of the cake.
- Let the frosting for sit for 15 minutes.
- Gentle smooth the sides of the cake with paper towel.
- Make the circle of remaining white frosting with piping bag on the top and bottom of the cake.
- Decorate with strawberries.
